The makers of the lifestyle blog iHeartBerlin are celebrating its 7th anniversary with high class: the group exhibition WE ARE BERLIN, showcasing the work of 21 local photographers and artists as well as contributions from many of their fellow bloggers at a new venue at Leipziger Str. 60 from September 17 til 25, 2014 with an exhibition party on Saturday, September 20th 2014.

What glorious weather in Berlin at the moment! Summer’s been back for a few days, so we thought we’d grab the chance to have a wander down East Side Gallery, check out the special works of the 148 international artists on display and visit the selfie box of Microsoft introducing the new Nokia Lumia 735. We were lucky enough to have a chat to one of the artists and also the press officer of East Side Gallery e.V. He took the time to get us fully clued-up on the fascinating history of the Berlin Wall.
After a way too short stay in Berlin and Amsterdam, the Olympus Photography Playground is now coming to Cologne! From 11th September till 5th October, all the curious enthusiasts of installation art and photography will have the possibility to immerse themselves in a magical world created for them by Olympus at Jack in the Box, a former freight depot in Cologne. The entrance is free, the cameras can be borrowed at no cost, and once you’re finished wandering and taking pictures you will be allowed to keep the memory card!
